- The RenewAire EV Premium S energy recovery ventilator (ERV) is designed for both single and multi-family homes. These ERVs have an airflow range of 30–130 CFM. In addition to residential applications, the EV Premium S ERV is also certified light commercial and could be installed in factory offices, conference and break rooms. Unit features include line-cord power, EC motorized impellers, MERV 13 filter on the outdoor airstream (available as an accessory), Dial-A-Flow controller, and variable speed with boost-mode. The EV Premium S also has one L-30-G5 core. The core comprises cellulosic-based material and doesn’t contain/use halogenated flame retardants or PVCs.
