Description

The KOSAN+ Guardian regulators incorporate a dielectric insulation. This regulator is an all in one solution and there is no need for separate dielectric unions. The Guardian reduces installation costs and time as well as potential leak points. The second stage regulator reduces the pressure (10-5 psi) coming from a first stage regulator directly to the inlet pressure (11” W.C.) of the user appliance. Therefore Type 988 LP compact regulators and the 998 LP regulators are designed for Type A installations, found in the installation section. They have to be used outdoors in correct mounting position with venthole turned downwards. In the standard version these regulators are delivered with vent-hole in line with the inlet fitting.
